Hey, hey, it's Friday! Just wanted to give you a quick recap of what I've been up to lately. Last weekend was one of my best weekends in awhile and I really am learning to live this whole single-gal lifestyle. I mean, when you put your entire heart and soul into a relationship, you quickly forget what it's like to do things alone. Even the littlest things like watching TV, eating dinner, shopping, etc! I've been in a relationship since I was 16 with a few hiccups here and there but this time alone is different. It's allowed me to find myself again and it's refreshing to not have to ask to do things, see people or just stay at home alone. You know? I mean, don't get me wrong, I do miss having a plus one to movies, dinner parties and events but it will get easier as time goes on and that perfect somebody will eventually make his way into my life.

Anyways, this weekend is the Blake Shelton, Easton Corbin and Jana Kramer concert and you already know how beyond excited I am! Especially, since I am wearing my new boots! They are so so pretty in person too!

Tomorrow is going to go a little like this, game time (Go Gators!), tailgating, concert and then out on the town with the girls!

So in anticipation of said concert, I, of course had to come up with another inspiration board for my outfit with the new boots! What do you think? I found a really cute chevron top like the one below but its sleeveless! I think the navy will go well with the boots. Anyways - we shall see since I change my mind about five times before I walk out the door to go anywhere! 

Long long time, no talk loves. I let my life be consumed for the past two months. As a mid-twenties, hard working gal, it is very easy to let someone sweep you off of your feet and spin you in a whirlwind of emotions and that, my friends, is exactly what happened. I let the idea of love amuse me, consume me and teach me. A good lesson at that and I am beyond grateful for my loving family and friends during times like this. Things end. People change. It sucks.

And with that, I am excited to pick back up doing the things that I love and that make me happy. One of which is country music. Can I get an amen..


So first things first, it's very important that I tell you all that I am over the moon excited about seeing two pretty cute fellows next weekend, Blake Shelton and Easton Corbin. Oh my, how my heart flutters with excitement about Easton. I first got the joy of seeing him last February at my little county fair and that man is just gorgeous, y'all. I am BEYOND excited. Where is my country loving, sweet family man? #SingleProblems

Anyways what is more important than seeing all of them in concert? My outfit. Duh. Ha!

And with that, I am happy to announce that I have purchased my second pair of boots! I know shame on me to only own two pairs. Only this time, they will match EVERYTHING! To say I am excited is an understatement. While I was at it, I also took it upon myself to purchase a few more things like, shorts, tees, shoes, scarfs, jewelry, sunglasses, you name it. #SorryImNotSorry Find the boots here.
So this weekend I will be creating a little concert inspiration around these boots! Look forward to that next week.

Also, just because I think some of us all need a reminder here and there.

Maybe some girls are not meant to be tamed. Maybe they are supposed to run wild until they find someone, just as wind, to run with.

Yay! It's Friday, the first official day of Summer and I've got a country concert to attend! I'm going to see Brad Paisley, Lee Brice and Chris Young! I don't know about you but there's just something about some good ol' country music that can really put me in a good mood!

So in anticipation of this concert, I've come up with another inspiration board for my outfit! Like I've said before, I bought the boots below and it's really hard to match tops to it! I've found a few lately at TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Target that are similar to the ones below! What do you think? I'm totally getting my moneys worth out of these boots that I got for a STEAL y'all! Hallelujah y'all! Thank goodness it is Friday. I feel like this week has just beaten me up. But no worries, because I am ready for the weekend and I've got a country concert to attend, hopefully. This weather here has been brutal and I am hoping it doesn't get canceled due to the heavy rains. Keep your fingers crossed because I am SO ready for some tailgating, grilling and country music. I am super excited to see The Band Perry! I've seen Rascal Flatts a few times but never The Band Perry. Should be a fun night. Well, in preparation for the concert, I had to do a little inspiration on what I plan to wear. Back in December, I got the cutest boots at like 75% off and I have been trying my hardest to wear them with everything. Now, they are a bit hard to work in the wardrobe because I bought the teal/blue color seen below. So lately, EVERY teal, blue or mint shirt that I think will match, I buy. I know, I am aware of my shopping problems. But I think this is what I am going for this weekend. What do you think? I am really hoping it doesn't rain cats and dogs because white shorts in the rain...not the best. 



I may run out at lunch and hit up the local TJ Maxx to see if I can find something else to wear just to be on the safe side. So as a New Year's resolution of mine, I told myself I wanted to go to 12 country music concerts this year. (Hopefully I can do it!)
