Oh, hey! Have you missed me? I thought I'd pop in and say hi to you all. The last two months have gone by so quickly and I certainly do not know where to start.
But let me first wish you all a late Merry Christmas! I had the most wonderful time with family and friends. I am beyond spoiled and I do truly enjoy the holiday season.
Here's a quick glimpse in photos from this week. I treated myself to a Christmas mani and new rose gold ring that so perfectly matches my rose gold watch (from Target of course). I spent countless hours wrapping, poor Molly moo didn't know what to do with herself with all of the chaos. Note to self: must get her to groomers asap. And two adorable gifts that I received this year! The first, a pair of lamb slippers - to die for and a new gym bag! Ha. Fits me to a tee, of course. Shopaholic.

I am starting to feel the magic of Fall takeover (not really weather wise here in South Florida) but the smells, colors and feelings are certainly alive! Recently, I have managed to decorate my house, paint pumpkins with the girls and drink a few pumpkin beers to really get into the spirit! It's Fall y'all and I am oh SO excited! Oh, and I may or may not have attended a country concert this week on a work night and there's another this Saturday. I know, it has become a problem. Here are some pics to fill you in!
I know you are just dying over my beautiful monogram skills, not. Anyways, it was fun to start getting into the spirit with all my girls. Don't you just love our koozies? Can you guess which one is mine?
On Tuesday, I met my girlfriends Kelly and Corinne for happy hour and to attend the Chris Cagle concert downtown. It was a blast and we managed to get meet and greet tickets to meet him! Lately, I have managed to really focus on myself and my friends and I couldn't be more happier! They say when you aren't looking, good things find you and that's the truth! I am so grateful to have such amazing people in my life.

Hi! So sorry for the absence but I've been up to no good these past two weeks. Ha, no, but really; I've been having a blast and have been so grateful for what has come my way. I am learning to play the "yes" game. Where I just agree to do things with people that I love and live my life. It has been one heck of ride and I couldn't be more excited for what's to come!
I am also excited to continue the link up this week with Lulu over at Simply Lulu Style!
So, what am I loving? Well, where shall me start? Oh yes, I had friends visit from the west coast of Florida. We drank lots of margaritas and did a lot of salsa dancing. Are you a salt or sugar rimmed glass kinda person? I just love sugar. #Noshameinmygame
What I'm loving most of all is that I decided to fly to Atlanta on a whim to visit my bestest friend in the entire world. THEN we made this crazy decision to attend a music festival called TomorrowWorld. Crazy I tell you. Absolute insane fun was had. We did a lot of talking, laughing, walking, dancing, drinking and shopping. I already miss her.
We spent the last day together enjoying multiple cups of coffee and talking about our futures. Do we see another trip to Atlanta in the near future? Absolutely. Let's just say it's in the works.
What's up next? Well it's officially October so I am ready for fall festivals, caramel apples, pumpkin patches and hayrides. Happy Fall y'all! Oh and more country concerts, of course.

Then there was this country concert (yes, I know, another one) - Dierks Bentley & Miranda Lambert. You can see in my Instagram photos above just how excited I was. There's just something about a country concert that makes me happy. Music heals everything.

And we meet again Friday! I am so excited to continue the link up this week with Lulu over at Simply Lulu Style!
What is it that I am loving? That this ENTIRE weekend will consist of girlfriends, music, beer and fun!
It all begins tonight with one of my friends visiting in town from Tampa. Then tomorrow it's yet again another country concert except this time it's Miranda Lambert with all of the girls! And Sunday will top off the weekend with a low key birthday BBQ for a friend. To say that I am excited, is an understatement! "I'm readyyyy to partayyyyy." #Bridesmaids
So as always, here's a little outfit inspiration for the concert. I can't decide whether to wear my chambray shirt or my plaid shirt. Regardless, I live in Florida, so it's going to be hot but whatevs. I just really want to wear a button up! Any thoughts?

Happy Friday the 13th to all of you! I am so excited to start a new link up this week with Lulu over at Simply Lulu Style! And let's start the show with one of the newest items in my closet - this striped beauty below! I scored this Michael Kors top for less than $10 at TJ Maxx! It is actually a navy and white striped silk top but I just love the sepia version below.
So, can I also start off by telling you that I made a big impulse purchase yesterday and I couldn't be more happier! This impulse buy was a plane ticket to fly to Atlanta to see one of my best friends! It has been on my mind for awhile and it is about damn time that I just stopped watching ticket prices and booked a flight. I leave in less than two weeks and I am so happy! Not just because I get to see one of my oldest and bestest friends but also because we have one jam packed weekend planned! More on that later.
Now on to "What I'm Loving" today (well recently really)! I am seriously head over heels for this whole new rose gold trend. So, like any fashion obsessed gal, of course I jumped on the wagon! Here are a few recent items that I've picked up to try out!
What do you think? I think fun subtle hints of the rose gold is the way to go! Can't wait to get these shorts in the mail - my first pair of high waisted shorts! (I know, we will see if I can pull them off) Maybe they will come to Atlanta with me too..hmm! Decisions, Decisions!
Have a great weekend loves!

Well hey there! Happy Friday! I am beyond excited to get the party started this weekend, who's with me?
So I've actually got another concert to attend this weekend. Only this time it's Jason Aldean and Jake Owen! I feel like I can't catch a breathe but I am really loving to learn to say yes to things. I've always been one to say the words, no, but, why, well, etc. No more! It's called the yes game for a reason and life is so breathtakingly beautiful that it's time to experience it. These are the days that I am going to miss later on in life and I want to live them and enjoy every minute of it! Again, my Saturday will include a little game time (Go Gators!), tailgating, concert and more time out on the town with the girls!
In other country news, I have purchased my ticket for the end of October to see these two gorgeous men below: Florida Georgia Line. Oh my goodness. I have seen them a couple times already this year but they sure do know how to put on a show. Just look at them, looking all gorgeous and what not. This photo is from February this year when I saw them at the county fair. Seriously, sometimes it is just not fair to be THAT good looking. Where is my good ol, American country man?
Ready. Set. Tailgate. Later gators!

I totally go to way too many country concerts...said no one ever. Boots, booze & country music - here I come again! And just for fun - another little country concert attire inspiration below too! I wonder if I could pull off a light pink top - we shall see.

I seriously can't believe that it's already September and tomorrow is Wednesday. I mean wow the weekend flew by so fast but yay to a short week! And go me for linking up again with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas this week! Today's trend is lace! As soon as I learned it was lace, I immediately thought of a blouse I bought a few months back that has some delicate lace at the top! I paired it with a big statement necklace (Go GroopDealz!) and some classic grey dress pants for work. Take a look!

Hey, hey, it's Friday! Just wanted to give you a quick recap of what I've been up to lately. Last weekend was one of my best weekends in awhile and I really am learning to live this whole single-gal lifestyle. I mean, when you put your entire heart and soul into a relationship, you quickly forget what it's like to do things alone. Even the littlest things like watching TV, eating dinner, shopping, etc! I've been in a relationship since I was 16 with a few hiccups here and there but this time alone is different. It's allowed me to find myself again and it's refreshing to not have to ask to do things, see people or just stay at home alone. You know? I mean, don't get me wrong, I do miss having a plus one to movies, dinner parties and events but it will get easier as time goes on and that perfect somebody will eventually make his way into my life.
Anyways, this weekend is the Blake Shelton, Easton Corbin and Jana Kramer concert and you already know how beyond excited I am! Especially, since I am wearing my new boots! They are so so pretty in person too!
Tomorrow is going to go a little like this, game time (Go Gators!), tailgating, concert and then out on the town with the girls!
So in anticipation of said concert, I, of course had to come up with another inspiration board for my outfit with the new boots! What do you think? I found a really cute chevron top like the one below but its sleeveless! I think the navy will go well with the boots. Anyways - we shall see since I change my mind about five times before I walk out the door to go anywhere!

Woo hoo! I'm on a roll lately. ha! Ok so three posts in a week are good for me. And I have finally found some time to linkup again with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas . Today's theme is cobalt! I actually own a few pieces in this color but I was mostly excited to bring out a dress that I bought last year (shame on me) that STILL had the tags on it. I know I can't be the only one who does that? You know, goes shopping, buys a lot of stuff and then never wears it? lol Well I am happy that I actually got to get some use out of this dress and it's perfect for game day with a big chunky orange necklace since I actually plan to head up to some games this year! (Go Gata!)
What do you think? It's really a fun dress and I actually own it in purple too..with the tags still on it as well. Hmm I will need to find a place to wear that one next! Anyways, I bought them earlier last year during a huge sale at The Limited. And can we talk about the pockets? Um big bonus! I paired the dress with some wedges and a rope belt for work today and since the sleeves are a little longer than normal, it wasn't too bad to wear without a cardigan. It is usually super cold in my office and the dress is sort of insulated with a thicker fabric and it kept me warm enough.
Also, I am really loving my hair. It's so fun to curl! The more I experiment with hair products and tools, the easier it becomes to manage. However...for a Florida girl, I am super pale, no? Time to get to the beach!
Have a wonderful day loves.

I think. So it was definitely time for a change and what do you do when you feel the need for change? You do something to your hair! I called up my amazing hair stylist, Amanda, and boy did she have her work cut out for her. I wanted something fun and bouncy cut wise with lots of caramel and blonde highlights! And she did just that! It's pretty close to my natural which is kind of like a dirty blonde but I really love how it turned out. What do you think?
Lately, I have found myself really attracted to creams, peaches and soft pinks. It's crazy how our personal style can evolve when you love certain colors. I've put together a little inspiration below of what I'm loving right now. Also, have any of you jumped on the rose gold trend? It's starting to get to me and I really love the gold infinity bracelet below. PS. Run to your nearest Target and grab every pair of the Sam & Libby sandals below - they are on sale and so adorable!
Alright I am off to spend some time in the sun, spend some hard earned money and meet up with the best girlfriends!

Long long time, no talk loves. I let my life be consumed for the past two months. As a mid-twenties, hard working gal, it is very easy to let someone sweep you off of your feet and spin you in a whirlwind of emotions and that, my friends, is exactly what happened. I let the idea of love amuse me, consume me and teach me. A good lesson at that and I am beyond grateful for my loving family and friends during times like this. Things end. People change. It sucks.
And with that, I am excited to pick back up doing the things that I love and that make me happy. One of which is country music. Can I get an amen..
So first things first, it's very important that I tell you all that I am over the moon excited about seeing two pretty cute fellows next weekend, Blake Shelton and Easton Corbin. Oh my, how my heart flutters with excitement about Easton. I first got the joy of seeing him last February at my little county fair and that man is just gorgeous, y'all. I am BEYOND excited. Where is my country loving, sweet family man? #SingleProblems
Anyways what is more important than seeing all of them in concert? My outfit. Duh. Ha!
And with that, I am happy to announce that I have purchased my second pair of boots! I know shame on me to only own two pairs. Only this time, they will match EVERYTHING! To say I am excited is an understatement. While I was at it, I also took it upon myself to purchase a few more things like, shorts, tees, shoes, scarfs, jewelry, sunglasses, you name it. #SorryImNotSorry Find the boots here.
So this weekend I will be creating a little concert inspiration around these boots! Look forward to that next week.
Also, just because I think some of us all need a reminder here and there.
Maybe some girls are not meant to be tamed. Maybe they are supposed to run wild until they find someone, just as wind, to run with.
Run loves. Run.

It's hump day! Does anyone else feel like this week is dragging? Come on Friday! Anyways, as usual I have been shopping and being very bad. Who needs to pay bills? Not this girl. Just kidding, but I have picked up a few things lately and I am loving them!
I am just loving these shirts and shorts. It's the perfect combination for summer. If you're like me and you aren't a huge fan of showing your stomach but still want that tight shirt look - these tops are flattering! Plus, they are perfect over fringe bathing suit tops that look ridiculous under tanks.
As for these shorts, Target seriously has it going on. I just picked up a few more pairs and they were all on sale! I am really loving the floral pair with the crocheted like sides. Super girly but still fun!

Hi there! It feels like it has been forever since I've blogged and it has been one heck of a weekend! But it's time for this week's linkup with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas . Today's theme is bows! Well let me just tell you that I had no problem at all coming up with an outfit for this week. I think pretty much everything I own has a bow on it. I mean what doesn't look great with a bow? Men in bowties, babies in bows, but seriously I love bows. From jewelry to shoes and shirts to cardigans and even belts, I own all sorts of bows! Bows mean business, y'all.
I bought this tank quite awhile ago from Lauren Conrad's line at Kohls. And it is seriously the most comfortable shirt ever. It's cotton but the front has silk layers. And I think it cost me at most $12. Love it. As for the shoes.. run click here to buy these pretties from Nine West! Love love love them. So cute, versatile and pretty much dresses up or down depending on slacks or jeans. Oh and figures they're on sale now. And how cute is that little black bow ring? My sweet little sister (she's 11) bought it for me! Good Great taste runs in the fam.
Until next time loves!

I am loving this week's linkup with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas . Today's theme is prints & patterns! So I must confess that I really do not have a lot of patterns in my closet. For someone who has three closets, this seems impossible, but it's true. I have like five things. All of which have been featured already on this blog. However, I did forget that I had an Ann Taylor pencil skirt that I bought many moons ago that had only been worn once or twice. So I brought that little sucker out for a stroll below!
I know, it is crazy that I am in a skirt, no? I always wear pants to work. But I am really loving how the outfit came together. What do you think? The colors are pretty fun and I matched them with a purple suede high heel from Nine West! (Sorry for the blurriness in the second pic - I was on a time crunch) Story of my life.
But on a side note - can I point out the seventeen different shades of color in my hair below...I mean really? Girlfriend is in desperate need of a touch-up complete hair makeover. I am loving the lighter color so I think I want to stick with going a little lighter - but I am just not sure yet.
Have a great week!

So I've been a bad girl lately. I think I may have taken it to a whole new level. I feel like I NEED everything especially everything at Target. We all know this is clearly not true. Anyways, I thought I'd catch you up my life and what I am loving lately. Let's start with a few of my recent purchases, of course. I have been spending a lot of time at the beach and pool this summer and I really wanted to get a new bathing suit. I am in LOVE with this suit from Victoria's Secret! I also felt the need for a new beach towel, sunglasses, sandals, jean shorts, tank, beach bag, beach hat and tank! I know, I am well aware of how ridiculous I am. You can tell the theme of colors below - enjoy! Mostly everything was found at Target besides the beach towel and bathing suit.
I am looking forward to spending some quality time with my girlfriends soon. There's nothing a best friend and rum runner can't cure especially when you need girl time. I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for. Speaking of friends, I am trying to book a flight to visit one of my bestest friends in Atlanta. Why must she live so far away from me? Anyways, I am off in search of a good deal and a quick and easy work week. Have a wonderful day and week! Catch up with you all next week!

Oh, hi! Do you remember me? Yes, yes, I know that I've been a little MIA these last few weeks but I assure you it is for good reasons. But nothing will keep me from doing my weekly linkup with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas . Today's theme is Red, White & Blue!
Please don't judge the lighting in these pics or the blurriness of the second one. It's all I got to work with. The weather has been horrific here in South Florida and seriously it was pouring 5 minutes before these were taken and it started to rain again as soon as I was walking inside. So what do you think of my outfit? Can I just say that I found this Michael Kors blouse at TJ Maxx for..75% off the retail price. Yes ladies, a $100 blouse for $25. Score! And the pants are my signature Sloan pants from Banana Republic but in navy! I own them in 5 different colors now. All I know is when you find something that fits you perfect, it's an investment and you must buy them all. I know, I'm clearly the best person for advice when it comes to spending money. Ha!
Anyways, I've seriously been living in a fantasy world lately where responsibilities and stress have ceased to exist. It is so extraordinary how much can change in such a short time. I feel like things have started to fall into place and I couldn't be happier with the direction I am heading in. I am learning to let things go and not hold stress the things you can't control. When you know, you know!
Alright, well I hope you all have a wonderful Fourth of July! I'll be soaking in the Florida sun (hopefully) with a sweet cocktail in hand. I'll catch up with you all next week. Until then, I leave you with one of my favorite lyrics from Lana Del Ray.

Happy Tuesday! I am loving this Trend Spin Linkup each week with Walking in Memphis in High Heels and The Fashion Canvas . Today's theme is chambray!
I am a huge fan of chambray but I have only been able to add a few pieces to my wardrobe. My most recent purchase was this adorable chambray dress from Old Navy. It is perfect for work and so comfortable! It came with a fabric belt but I wanted to add something different so I used a cute rope belt and completed the outfit with wedges! What do you think?
It's been a busy few days. I've done a lot in such a short time. I am seriously learning to love the skin I am in and enjoy my life. Crazy how things turn out.

Yay! It's Friday, the first official day of Summer and I've got a country concert to attend! I'm going to see Brad Paisley, Lee Brice and Chris Young! I don't know about you but there's just something about some good ol' country music that can really put me in a good mood!
So in anticipation of this concert, I've come up with another inspiration board for my outfit! Like I've said before, I bought the boots below and it's really hard to match tops to it! I've found a few lately at TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Target that are similar to the ones below! What do you think? I'm totally getting my moneys worth out of these boots that I got for a STEAL y'all! Find them here. And let's not forget about a koozie! I'm totally taking my Lilly Pulitzer "Spike the Punch" koozie with me!
Stay tuned for next week's Trend Spin Link Up! It's all about Chambray!

Oh hi! I wanted to wear something light today but comfortable and I really am in love with this cardigan. It is just so colorful and fun and really goes with everything. And this necklace. I bought it in two colors. Oh and seriously thanks to our South Florida weather, not even 5 minutes after these photos, it started to downpour.

So excited to link up with Walking in Memphis in High Heels again for Trend Spin Linkup this week! It's all about neon today.
I took a different approach with the neon trend. As you might all be well aware, I am a huge fan of neutrals. Yep. I know it comes as a surprise..haha. But I found this cardigan on sale at Target (sadly it's not on sale online though) I paired it with a cream blouse, black pants (my go-to for work) and some fun gold and neutral pointy toe pumps (TJ Maxx). What do you think? The cardigan is much brighter in person like a coral neon color.
